J.T. Morgan

Coach JT began his coaching journey in the world of CrossFit in July of 2022. His passion for fitness and sports started at a young age, where he excelled as a three sport athlete in Lacrosse, Football, and Wrestling at the high school level. He continued his athletic career by playing college Lacrosse, where he further honed his skills and knowledge of strength and conditioning.

In addition to coaching CrossFit, JT also leads Strength & Conditioning classes for high school and middle school athletes. His goal is to help these young athletes improve their performance in their respective sports by focusing on proper form, technique, and strength training.

JT loves CrossFit and refers to the gym as his second home. He is super dedicated to his own fitness journey as much as he is to coaching others. With a deep passion for CrossFit and a love for working out, JT spends countless hours honing his own abilities in pursuit of his goal of competing in the prestigious CrossFit Games.
